Situated in St. Petersburg, Russia, Spectra Studios were commissioned to create a presentation package.

The project consisted of a new architectural development and masterplan situated on a 46-hectare site on the River Neva, which is near the UNESCO World Heritage Historic Centre of Saint Petersburg, Russia.

The package encompassed over 25 visuals, a video containing 3D animation, voice-over, motion graphics, and a 100-page printed book in both English and Russian language.
