Capabilities
We produce complete proposal and approval sets - CGI, diagrams, presentation decks, video and supporting technical information - developed collaboratively from early-stage information through to refined assets. Everything is built to stand up to scrutiny, answer key questions quickly, and keep decisions moving.
We support projects across hospitality, residential, commercial, and retail. Some commissions need a small, focused review pack. Others need a broader set that carries from early alignment through to approval, presentation, or launch.

Visuals
We produce visuals for specific moments in the life of a project, from early studies that test direction through to fully resolved CGI. The work is shaped around the audience and the question being asked, whether that is internal review, planning material, investor presentation, or launch.
Where it helps, we can also work in simplified or more expressive styles, including sketch-like studies, massing views, and looser imagery that explains intent more directly than a polished final render. AI-assisted workflows can speed iteration where useful, but the final image stays artist-led and art-directed.

Motion & interactive
Some projects are easier to understand when people can move through them, explore them, or see them unfold over time. We produce short-form motion and interactive material that helps a scheme land faster without the weight of a full animation pipeline.
This can take the form of animated sequences built from approved stills, browser-based models with hotspots and notes, 360 tours, or short project films for pitches, presentations, and online use. Each format is selected for the job it needs to do, not for novelty.
AI animations
Approved stills turned into short moving sequences.
360 tours
Rendered scenes packaged into a navigable spatial view.
Project films
Short-form edits for pitches, presentations, and online use.
Interactive models
Browser-based models with hotspots, notes, and stills.

Proposals, brochures & microsites
We design project material that brings images, plans, diagrams, and supporting detail into a clear narrative. That might be a brochure, a digital proposal, a tender response, or a dedicated microsite, depending on how the work needs to be reviewed and shared.
The aim is the same in each case: make the material easy to move through, easy to understand, and easy to revisit later without someone having to talk it through live.
Artwork & wayfinding
We also develop site-specific artwork and graphic systems for built spaces. That can include murals, printed applications, branded environmental graphics, and wayfinding packages with naming, hierarchy, iconography, and sign logic.
The work is developed for real-world production and installation, not just presentation.
