Maslow's Kensington
When a design concept is complete, the next step is showing the market what the space will feel like. Most people cannot picture a space they haven’t stood in, which is why marketing visuals matter long before opening day. For Maslow’s Kensington, designed by Mehrai Design, we created the still image suite used for the project’s marketing and communications.

1. Why visuals matter before a project opens
A finished design is not enough on its own. Potential members, partners and press need a clear, accurate impression of the environment early in the process. Early visuals help people understand the tone and atmosphere of a space before it physically exists.
They also keep everyone aligned by providing a single shared reference.

2. Carrying design intent into the marketing stage
Maslow’s Kensington is built around a simple idea: ambition balanced by calm. Mehrai Design expressed this through palette, materials and spatial rhythm.
Our role was to carry that intent into the marketing phase without shifting or exaggerating it. The visuals needed to feel true to the design.

3. Producing the still image suite
We prepared a set of stills for use across the website, press kit and early launch communications. Each image was composed to reflect how the space is intended to be experienced.
No embellishment, no unnecessary additions.
Just clear, accurate representation of the design.

4. Supporting the launch with clarity
High-quality visuals help a project enter the market with confidence. They give potential members something concrete to respond to while the physical space is being completed.
For Maslow’s Kensington, the stills form the project’s first impression. They present the space with the calm, confident tone that sits at the centre of the design.
At Spectra, this is what we focus on: visuals that communicate design with clarity and accuracy.
